WA Gov Court Case: Rossi Is A Big Loser

Judge Bridges gave his verdict today and it was a full-body slam-dunk against Dino Rossi.

There is no other way to view this: Dino Rossi gambled his political future with this trial and lost big time. He gave up all chances for magnanimity when he refused to concede after the final outcome was certified in December and validated by the legislation in January. The scope of his defeat, in a Republican county court house, was clearly as bad a ruling as the GOP could have imagined (at least those not so blinded by their wishful thinking that Rossi couldn't possibly lose), and should Rossi do anything else but concede at his planned afternoon press conference at 5pm, he will be fighting a judicial fight that has been found to have no merits, no evidence, and no hope in hell of succeeding.

Yup, just the kind of guy you want as your Governor - I think not.
