Covering The Rossi Election Challenge

Rossi's desperate power grab election challenge trial, known as "Borders et al v King County et al" to the insiders (did you really think Rossi would have the courage to put his own name on the lawsuit?), got underway this morning.

Setting the stage for the coming two weeks of deliberation, I recommend you read TJ's piece at Also Also. The Seattle Times' lead reporter on the election challenge, David Postman, will be offering his trial note updates. The Pacific NW Portal has a special Election Challenge page dedicated to the trial.

I'm sure I'll also have a thing or two to say about the proceedings as the case progresses.
